Design – Inform us all of the ideas and requirements you have for your new conservatory. You could even take some measurements and photographs of the site to help us come up with something suitable. This will be done digitally first and things will only proceed further once you are completely happy with the proposed design.

Survey – We will come and take our own measurements at your house. This survey will also help us determine where any windows and doors should be positioned.

Planning Permission – There is a chance that your proposed conservatory may be subject to Planning Permission and Building Regulations. When that’s the case, we will take care of all the paperwork involved to help get the project underway.

Installation – Every single element of the installation will be attended to by our fitting team. They will dig the necessary foundations, construct the base and dwarf wall and fit the frames, roof and glazing. It will be on a strict schedule and you will be kept up-to-date throughout.

Build Process – There is not as much disruption involved in constructing a conservatory compared to a standard home extension. Speak to any of our customers and they will tell you that is the case. They will also remark upon the polite and hardworking nature of our installation teams.

Finishing – Because we are such perfectionists we like to care of every possible finishing touch. Rely on our team to put down any flooring, install any electric sockets and fit any lighting.
